Mending the Mother Wound Weekend Immersion
If you’re here, you might be carrying wounds that don’t have names—but live in your body as exhaustion, disconnection, shame, or the unshakable feeling that you’re not enough.
You may have grown up with emotional neglect, felt unseen or unsupported by your mother, or spent your life caring for others without knowing what it means to be truly cared for yourself.
And now, as you begin to imagine what it might look like to become a mother—or create something meaningful in your life—you’re realizing just how much of what you’ve been carrying doesn’t belong to you.
The Mending the Mother Wound weekend immersion is a sacred space to begin breaking those generational and ancestral patterns of abandonment, perfectionism, silence, or self-sacrifice.
You’ll be guided through gentle, trauma informed, somatic practices, breathwork, creative expression, and rituals that help you:
Reconnect with the emotions you learned to bury
Begin to mother yourself in the ways you always needed
Loosen the grip of fear, guilt, and grief that keep you stuck in survival mode
Create space for joy, rest, and emotional safety—especially if you’re preparing to bring new life into the world, or rebirth yourself
This work isn’t about blaming your mother. It’s about honoring your story, feeling the truth of your experience, and choosing to move forward in a new way.
Come as you are. All of you is welcome here.
Because you deserve to feel safe, whole, and free in your body—and it’s never too late to receive the care you didn’t get.
This event is open to all who identify as women, including trans women and non-binary individuals who feel aligned with feminine energy. We honor the diverse experiences of womanhood and strive to create a space of safety, respect, and inclusivity.
This is a free 3 day online immersion. Recordings for this event will not be available so we encourage to plan on being there with us live.n
This weekend immersion is not a replacement for therapy. While the practices offered may be deeply therapeutic and healing, they are intended for educational and experiential purposes only.
Experience healing with an approach deeply rooted in understanding and empathy with trained professionals. This container is designed with trauma-informed care principles, acknowledging the widespread impact of trauma and fostering an environment of safety, trust, and empowerment.
Engage in the transformative magic of somatic practices, where the body becomes the gateway to healing. Through breathwork, movement, and mindful exploration, we guide you to find the wisdom within, creating a harmonious connection between your body, voice, & womb.
We begin our journey together by creating a sacred, trauma-informed container for deep inner work. In this live Opening Ceremony, you’ll receive an introduction to the Mother Wound and how it may be shaping your patterns, self-worth, relationships, and readiness to mother (yourself or another).
Through gentle somatic meditation, intention setting, and a guided art activity, you’ll begin to reconnect with your inner child and lay the foundation for healing emotional neglect, early childhood wounds, and inherited generational pain.
On Day 2, we turn toward the energy of the Mother—not just the one you had, but the one you longed for, and the one you’re becoming. Whether you are mothering children, creative work, a new version of yourself, or future possibilities, this is your invitation to connect with the archetype of the Mother as a source of strength, wisdom, and unconditional love. Through a trauma-informed breathwork session, gentle yin yoga, and soul-nourishing guest teachings, you’ll explore what it means to feel supported, held, and connected—perhaps for the very first time.
On our final day together, we’ll honor the healing that has taken place and gently weave it into the fabric of your everyday life. Through a somatic integration meditation, reflective art practice, and a closing tea ceremony, you’ll be invited to slow down, listen inward, and receive clarity about what’s next on your path. This day is about creating space—for softness, for self-trust, and for the next layer of your becoming. You’ll leave with personalized action steps, rituals to continue this work, and a deeper connection to your inner mother—the wise, loving part of you who knows how to protect, nourish, and guide your next chapter.
