“Energetically speaking, when we have throat chakra issues, there are usually womb issues present. If the ability to speak our truth and speak our mind is hindered by ourselves or others it is seen to have tightness in the throat, a constriction. The same tension pattern is most likely happening in your womb space but is less likely to be observed within the body.”

Calling all mothers, sisters, daughters, and creatives building a different life from the generations before you....
You've started going to therapy, have faced many of your childhood issues, and are trying to quietly heal holistically from the painful memories of the past -
a challenging birth, a miscarriage, an abortion, sexual abuse
You’re ready to be the woman you want to be - your ancestors’ wildest dreams.
But as you’ve been diving deeper into your healing and quest to fully express yourself creatively, you’re discovering blocks -
lasting effects of the things that happened to you when you were young, the inability to voice your needs, and feel connected with your womb
You find yourself wondering -
“Why do always go silent and shut down?”, “Why can’t I speak my truth and express myself freely?”or “I have no proof of what happened to my ancestors but I know in my spirit, its true.”
Unfortunately, many women today are going through exactly what you’re going through. For far too long, our patriarchal society has abused, belittled, and conditioned women to “be silent” and “play small”.
